General Policy
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis due to the nature of digital advertising services and custom work involved. We strive to ensure every client is satisfied with our services and will work with you to resolve any concerns.
Ad Spend Refunds
Amounts already spent on advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other third-party networks are non-refundable, as these funds are paid directly to the respective platforms. Unspent advertising budgets may be eligible for a refund, subject to applicable processing fees.
Subscription Refunds
SaaS platform access can be cancelled at any time through your account settings. Refunds for the current billing cycle are typically not offered; however, your access will continue through the end of the current billing period. Exceptions may be considered if the cancellation request is made within 48 hours of payment.
Custom Work & Campaigns
Once AI Ad Shoots, influencer marketing campaigns, or other custom services have commenced or assets have been delivered, refunds are not available. Exceptions may apply if the deliverables materially deviate from the agreed-upon specifications outlined in your service agreement.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
